Google Smartphone Lenovo Phab 2 is will be launched for the 1st time till upcoming month. Google’s Clay Bavor announced. It is going to be the first smartphone to use Google Tango that is much awaited by the technology geeks. It was revealed at the start of the year by Lenovo. They are doing a collaboration with Google to bring the first consumer mobile device with Project Tango at the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show (CES). The device was named as Lenovo Phab 2 Pro and will bear a price round about $499. Even though development and launching of Google Tango, has been so slow. They are constantly delaying its release. Clay Bavor could not announce exact launch date.
Lenovo Phab 2: Features and Specifications
The Lenovo Phab 2 Pro will have a latest and advanced camera technology. Camera will be able to detect items in a room and would be able to assign them subject after digital identifying. It is also capable of navigating indoors which Google calls a “computer vision technology platform built for mobile device.”
The mobile will offer a popular game such as Pokemon Go, which seems to be a reality, based game. It is able to display virtual objects in the real world. Google Tango has tried it best to provide more than usual sophisticated features in smartphones.
The Lenovo Phab 2 Pro will be in the top charts like a number of other trending devices like the Google’s new Pixel phones. Moreover, PCMCIA revealed the specifications of the smartphone, “The Google Tango powered Lenovo device is slated to ship with a 6.4in Quad-HD screen, a 16MP rear-facing camera, and a giant 4,050mAh battery. It runs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor, an aspect that is considered to be a little under-powered but, somehow, is still optimized for Google Tango. It’s expected to retail at US$499.”
